In collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams (Products, Marketing Communications, Digital Strategy, Sales, Marketing, etc.), the Marketing Manager will support our strategy and participate in organizing events, writing internal communications, preparing presentations as well as optimizing and following up on marketing campaigns and programs to generate customers and prospects, creating opportunities.Here's what will make you shine among us
As Marketing Manager, you will support programs that involve the Sales and Marketing teams. You will be a key player in implementing and optimizing many internal initiatives essential to enabling the organization to serve its customers more effectively, and to generating awareness, differentiation and demand. You will support Sales by providing them with the tools necessary for their success.Responsibilities
•Support the Marketing team in developing, coordinating, executing and measuring marketing campaigns and programs by performing rigorous follow-up throughout projects.
•Make optimization recommendations to adapt some campaigns to the market supported
•Prepare presentations to communicate progress or results
•Develop solid expertise in analyzing data to react and adjust tactics used
•Act as prime during the development, coordination and execution of marketing projects
•Write internal communications addressed at the Sales team
•Support, coordinate and measure activities such as tradeshows, events and webinars to increase awareness and generate opportunities
•Provide continuous progress reports on projects underway and their performance
•Work in close collaboration with other team members to foster maximal orchestration of all activities
•Keep abreast of new marketing communications and telecommunications trends
•Develop and maintain a customer-based approach at all times, and forge strong, professional ties with internal and external customers by providing quality service, assistance, information and advice to ensure overall satisfaction Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
You're quick, efficient, positive and excited by marketing and sales support. Using your marketing knowledge and business sense, you are able to influence, optimize and see through marketing projects.
You probably hold a similar marketing or communications position, and possess many of the trait and experience criteria below:
•Proven writing abilities in both English and French
•Proficiency in preparing complex PowerPoint presentations
•Interest and ability in event management
•Versatile skills for presenting and communicating with the senior management of frontline teams
•Ability to work with complex teams and to collaborate by exercising influence, and proven ability to obtain the cooperation of cross-functional collaborators
•Proven ability to produce results constantly and effectively achieve program milestones
•Business sense and ability to implement strategies in the fast-changing telecommunications sector
•Knowledge of digital marketing
•Solid analytical and critical-thinking skills, and superior ability to solve problems creatively
•Bachelor or post-secondary diploma in Business, IT or Engineering, or equivalent training or experience Assets
