We are searching for a highly flexible individual who will help us turn business objectives into winning demand generation campaigns and to create highly personalized customer experiences. The successful candidate will leverage marketing technology to play a critical role in developing, executing, measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition, upsell, retention and user engagement. This demand generation expert is a self-starter, innovator and natural collaborator, comfortable working with an extensive network of stakeholders within and outside the marketing team (including product management, sales, and other key stakeholders) and external partners.


Qualifications:


The missing piece to our demand generation puzzle is:
    •Experienced in B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns across traditional, social, and digital mediums; with a strong focus on marketing automation •Thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple initiatives, projects and campaigns with competing priorities •Makes data-driven decisions to amplify campaigns and inform decisions •Possesses quantitative analytics skills and has the ability to turn insights into actionable plans •Problem-solver, action-oriented and driven by results •Creative innovator with a collaborative attitude

Great-to-haves:
    •Post-secondary degree with a marketing emphasis •3+ years of experience in marketing, technology, high tech or health sector is a strong asset •Demonstrated experience with multi-channel campaigns to drive user engagement on a mobile app •Practical experience with marketing automation software, preferably Salesforce marketing cloud or Marketo •Salesforce marketing cloud or Marketo certification an asset •Strong project management capabilities with proven attention to detail •Fluent in English and French •Strong marketing copywriting skills •Strong competency in Microsoft applications and Google Suite
