Here's the impact you'll make

By exhibiting the PSO standards and focussing on supporting the achievement of best-in-class results and improving performance, you will support new team members during the early stages of their on-boarding journey. You will be there to support them alongside their mentors and enablement professionals in our highly dynamic, fast-paced Business-to-Business (B2B) environment. You will help accelerate results and drive up productivity and engagement via best in class coaching during their own personal experiences. You will put emphasis on key topics according to the competency and skills of each new team member.

What you will do in this role:
    •Overall accountability for reducing ramp up via world class coaching and inspirational leadership •Leverage the TELUS Sales Academy & Premier Sales Organization practices and drive adoption •Provide accurate, relevant and timely on-the-job coaching •Provide access to acceleration initiatives •Oversee all Leveljump new hire learnings completion •Identify and provide coaching on desired sales competencies •Identify and provide coaching on leading activity indicators •Create a culture and cadence of ongoing and autonomous learning •Maintain high levels of new team members engagement and satisfaction in role

    Effective Leadership and teamwork:
      •Demonstrated leadership skills with extensive experience of building and developing highly successful teams with the purpose of acquiring new logo customers •Provide strong leadership and coaching to new team members, facilitate integration and collaboration in new role, •Strong communicator able to effectively articulate the vision, goals and strategic imperatives of onboarding and act as an enabler for feedback
    Strategic coaching and communication:
      •Lead strategies and roadmaps to success, invoking deep understanding of industry specific solutions to create unique business value •Own and manage relationships with strategic external partners •Communicate and coach with confidence and authority in all onboarding situations & environments
    Sales Drive:
      •Detailed understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of achieving sustainable, profitable business results •Ability to create an environment for success and promote behaviors to deliver superior performance against targets •Strong use of sales tools and PSO selling methodology to support a differentiated sales experience for customers •Forge strong relations with the national sales organisation and other business units
Business knowledge
    •Demonstrated proficiency on SEOS, Sales Messaging and Business acumen, Technology and Solutions Knowledge •Strong internal network and proven capability to work with internal teams
Great-to-have
    •Professional Sales certification(s) •Coaching and analysis background
