The Manager, Marketing & Communications, in the TELUS Health Virtual Care (THVC) team, is responsible for establishing and delivering strong internal and external communication plans based on business priorities, promoting our Virtual Care's value proposition, developing content in the TELUS Health tone of voice through targeted campaigns. Ensuring our direct and indirect sales force (partners) are empowered and enabled with all necessary sales tools, collateral, information and guidance for the distribution of Virtual Care solutions. This applies across all virtual solutions, most notably the launch of LifeJourneyTM, an integrated health and wellness solution extending beyond primary care into mental health, work/life and well-being.Here's how
The Manager, Marketing will manage a matrix of delivery, Go-To-Market execution and Market Awareness programs and coordinate these with TELUS Health marketing to ensure a compliant overarching program of communications to the market amongst branded and white-labelled solutions. The Manager, Marketing will manage a small team producing content, graphical design and project management for specific Marketing and Communications campaigns. This position will work closely with product, building a mechanism to feed the Voice of the Customer into our solutions portfolio and creating a Net Promoter Score (NPS) for THVC. Harmonizing internal communication and creating a central Knowledge repository for Marketing is also part of the mandate.
The Manager, Marketing will report to the Directrice Génerale, Marketing of THVC and will provide strategic support, including regular reporting on Marketing initiatives, budgetary and revenue-based reporting, and insights into strategic resource management including competitive positioning.Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle

•Excellent time management and prioritization skills
•Bilingual English and French, with excellent communications skills, including for written communications and presentations
•Excellent grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, Asana project management and Sharepoint and Google environments
•Creative and resourceful
•Cross-disciplinary mindset to liaise regularly within and beyond the company
•Knowledge of the Canadian insurance and benefits administration industry
