Department Overview
TD Auto Finance is a dynamic division within TD. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business focused on providing a robust array of automotive financing options to meet our customers' needs as well as the needs of our dealer partners. In Canada, we also finance recreational and leisure vehicles, and serve the Prime and Non-Prime auto market.
In the goal to become Canada's #1 auto lender, we are over 900 people strong including an external sales team located coast to coast, as well as teams in credit adjudication, funding, inside sales, loan administration, customer service, collections and recovery, and our federated functions of risk management, technology solutions, finance & human resources. Job Description
The Manager Cash Management (MCM) is a resident product expert, identifying and exploiting opportunities to introduce cash management and deposit products to our commercial banking clients. You are relied upon to add value to existing customer relationships by providing a package of services that will allow them to leverage the contribution of their deposit balances to the businesses bottom line while simplifying the accounting/management of cash flows and capital allocations across their organization. In addition to mining one of the largest commercial customer bases in Canada, you will also be relied upon to provide a point of entry for TD to offer deposit and credit services to businesses currently being serviced by our competitors. You will participate in developing and executing a comprehensive cash management plan for the branch. On a regular basis you will conduct independent as well as joint business development presentations with commercial bankers and structure business proposals that will enable you to provide strategic and creative solutions for each customers unique cash management requirements. Once a package of products has been selected, you will oversee the execution of the plan and the installation of product packages into the customer's organization. Thereafter, you are relied upon to identify additional customer needs and communicate those to the credit relationship manager as appropriate.

Candidates will have either an undergraduate degree or related work experience. A strong background/experience working with computers, programs, and programming would be an asset.

You are a motivated achiever with proven analytical and interpersonal skills. You work well independently in a team environment. You have a strong aptitude for sales and working with people, and a keen interest in technology.
