We hire the best and the brightest Help Desk Specialist as our first point of contact experts for our inbound and services customer callsHere's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
Your goal will be to process queries related to customer accounts and orders, programs, promotions, and other matters of interest in a professional, accurate and timely manner. It is imperative that our customer's needs are understood, and that the appropriate TELUS sales and service solutions are recommended and delivered.Here's how
•Sell, retain and troubleshoot TELUS future friendly products and services, and recognize sales opportunities
•Identify customer requirements, initiate and/or update systems to ensure successful order completion and service delivery
•Handle all inbound queries and advocate resolutions to issues in a timely, accurate manner Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Successful experience in a sales role and/or customer service environment
•Familiarity with communication products and services
•Able to deliver sales and service excellence by demonstrating tenacity, persuasiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to present a professional image and communicate effectively
•Able to analyze data, utilize problem-solving skills, and recommend solutions
•Able to maintain a high level of performance under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced, changing environment
•Accurate and efficient keyboarding and data entry skills
•Commitment to continuous improvement
•Demonstrated ability to learn and apply learned skills and complete and pass all training requirements
•Ability to work various shifts including evenings, Saturdays, and statutory holidays based on business requirements
•Able to work a minimum of 15 hours on a weekly basis
•Bilingualism in English and French Great-to-haves
