What will your typical day look like?
  • Work in a collaborative team
  • Receive, analyze, and understand business requirements
  • Apply critical thinking and propose concrete solutions to resolve client issues
  • Collaborate with the technical and functional team members to meet client deadlines
  • Follow methodologies, create functional design documents, system configuration and support models to meet the current and future state business needs
  • Participate in the full life cycle implementation of projects and manage client expectations
  • Translate business requirements into technological solutions
  • Perform testing, implementation and support after implementation
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships

In this role, the expected qualifications are:
  • Bachelor's or college degree or equivalent experience in the field
  • Willingness to always learn new things and help clients with the daily business operations
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge with Excel and the other Microsoft Office applications
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to develop new ideas, conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
  • Strong work ethic, highly driven, autonomous, and able to self-learn
  • Desire and ambition for a continuous professional and personal development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or French (both would be an asset)
