Here's how

As a member of this team, you will:
    •Provides Finance Support to National Security Enablement and Customer Experience groups with Financial, planning and analysis activities.
    •Provides reporting with increasingly complex contribution /preparation; may begin presenting to sr. Finance and Dir. Level Customer teams.
    •Performs accounting with increasingly complex/moderate risk activities requiring moderate judgment and developing understanding of source systems and business processes.
    •Performs moderately complex control procedures around financial reporting objectives; prepares more complex financial analysis using various known techniques; will highlight issues and may provide routine recommendations to senior members.
    •Beginning to recognize process improvement opportunity areas and providing recommendation alternatives to senior team members.
    •Data mining and directed data and KPI reporting from more complex systems/sources to support strategic analysis and opportunity evaluation.
    •Develops effective business relationships with peers, finance managers, senior finance team, and director level clients; may have VP exposure.


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Recognized for your 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
    •Appreciated for your very strong analytical, organizational, reporting, decision-making, problem solving, and innovative thinking skills.
    •Respected for your result-driven mindset and ability to take initiative and ownership of issues and tasks through to resolution
    •Increasing sophistication in Client Consulting, negotiation, and ability to influence leaders
    •University degree, preferably in Accounting or Financial Management
    •Strong proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, SAP, in depth knowledge of Advanced Excel Capabilities.
    •Bilingual (English & French)

    •A professional accounting designation (CPA) and working towards
    •Working knowledge of Hyperion Forecast system
    •Understanding of IFRS policies (particularly IFRS 15 and 16)
    •Experience with month-end close work, including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations and controls monitoring & remediation
