What you will do

You'll be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skillset by :

  • Contribute to the configuration and development of ServiceNow solutions
  • Contribute to the design of ServiceNow solutions
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and documentation of a quality and reusable configuration and code.
  • Support the delivery team in the documentation of business and technical requirements.
  • Support the delivery team in the research of information and documentation of customer deliverables.
  • Participate in workshops and documentation of stories.
  • Work with customers to assess their current processes and tools, define ServiceNow requirements and develop and configure the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform and support customers in unit testing, identify errors and make corrections.
  • Contribute to the implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and other technologies.
  • Contribute to the standardization of deliveries by respecting established best practices.


What you bring to the role

  • 0-3 years experience in the ServiceNow platform
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent College an accredited diploma
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform preferred
  • ServiceNow and/or ITIL certification preferred
  • Knowledge of the Agile/Scrum delivery concept.
  • Technical documentation design skills.
  • Curious, independent, collaborative and solution-oriented
  • French and English spoken and written.
