You will be called upon to: supervise the production in the department by ensuring the quality of the products and the respect of the standards, organize the work of the employees of the department according to the operational needs, ensure the application of the marketing in-store and carry out departmental orders, check and control inventory as well as apply hygiene and salubrity standards for the sales area as well as company policies and standards.
