As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: You will play an essential role as part of a team working on a particular transaction or business development effort. Conducting thorough research on companies and industries, assisting in the preparation of internal and external marketing materials, obtaining needed information from available client data and conducting appropriate financial analysis, supporting team in the preparation and presentation of marketing pitches to existing and potential clients, preparing financial models to support analysis in proposals and transaction documentation, and managing the transaction's status reports and more. Transaction work frequently involves working with colleagues from other areas of Deals Services and other lines of services. The candidate will be required to work extended hours on an as needed basis. What you'll bring to this roleAn interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.Relevant work experience in financial services - accounting, commercial banking, or investment banking (nice to have)Undergraduate degree with a focus in Business, Finance, Accounting or other quantitative fields, and CPA title is required.CFA title or MBA are an asset.Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team environment under time constraintsA self-starter who is quick to learn and apply new conceptsDemonstrated ability to be creative and effective in issue resolutionAn excellent team player with a good level of initiativeAccepting and willing to take on both complex and simple tasksLeadership and critical thinkingEager to participate in business development opportunities and initiativesBilingual proficiency in French and English; Fluency in a third language, including, but not limited to, Italian, Mandarin or Hebrew is considered an assetWhy you'll love working for PwC
