Join the CX Trust Office Team and help us to improve the CX Security Maturity by working together with functional areas like Risk & Compliance, Secure Product Development, and Security Architecture & Automation.

The Customer Experience (CX) Trust Office Team is looking for a Security Operations Engineer to support the CX Cyberdefense Team in building up clear processes across all CX products to strengthen the CX cybersecurity posture and maturity of our products.
Tasks and responsibilities
Helps in solving security Incidents
Supports Cyberdefense initiatives and follows best practices
Collaborative work between other functional areas of the SAP CX Trust Office and SAP Global Security
Mitigate emerging security threats
Follow corporate compliance and security policies
Understanding of CX product portfolio
Bachelor or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, natural sciences, engineering or comparable education
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, load balancing, networking and security operations
Experience with cloud security concepts, solutions, and automation
Experience in working with Hyperscaler - Cloud Security Infrastructure
Knowledge of DevOps and incident management tools - e.g. Git, JIRA or equivalents
Fluency in English
2+ years in Information Security experience in a broad technical role
Ability to work in a global operations environment
