Our company is hiring!

We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Contact Centre Agents to join our growing team. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available, with flexible work arrangements including remote, hybrid, and on-site positions where applicable.

As a Contact Centre Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering questions, providing helpful information, and delivering outstanding service with every interaction. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with account updates, orders, appointments, and general service requests.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Follow company procedures, privacy standards, and quality guidelines.
