As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

What you'll do

  •   Proactively contribute to the management of client portfolios under the supervision of Directors and other leaders.
  • Participate in financial management for clients.
  • Participate in business development activities in identifying and looking for business opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Contribute to the development of technical competencies for you and your peers.
  • Develop strategies to resolve complex technical problems
  • Contribute to the management and completion of large scale projects
  • Train, support and supervise personnel
  • Keep abreast of economic and commercial challenges on a local and national scale.
  • Continue to develop internal and external relationships as well as the PwC brand.
  • Contribute to the development of PwC support services and integrated services related to technology architecture and cloud.
  • Advise and/or develop blueprints and implementation roadmaps that align technology investments with critical business priorities, while accounting for key risks and compliance issues.
  • Advise and/or develop technology governance models and processes
  • Interface with various streams such as project management, business stream and other project members on a regular basis.
  • Prepare, present and manage workshop processes with client and other stakeholders

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
  • 10 years of related work experience in Technology Strategy , IT Architecture , IT Governance and enterprise packaged software integration.
  • Work experience with major and mid-market clients
  • Able to provide guidance and recommendations on project direction such as setting priority of work packages, resource allocation, and work package scheduling.
  • Ability to identify upcoming solution related risks, provide options and recommendations to addressing risks to the project leadership.
  • Experience conducting maturity or needs assessments, identifying and prioritizing opportunities / projects, developing roadmaps and estimates, and building consensus
  • Architecture, design and development of enterprise technology solutions, including information management, infrastructure and applications
  • Understanding of relevant cloud solution offerings e.g. SaaS, IaaS, PaaS
  • Involved in full-cycle Enterprise packaged integration projects (such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, Supply Chain decision support tools, Business Intelligence)
  • Understanding of mid-market industries and how to successfully communicate with key stakeholders
  • ITIL, TOGAF, AWS, Azure or GCP certifications would be an asset
  • Consulting experience in a global firm is an asset.
