This role has the option of being based out of our Montreal and Toronto offices.
As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: What you'll create and do
Involved in supply chain projects such as Demand Planning & Supply Planning, Supply Chain Strategy, Network Design & Optimization, IBP/S&OP.
Work under the supervision of a Director. Manage multiple projects in these different DSCP fields and will have direct interactions with customers.
Support the engagement manager in managing engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgeting
Prepare deliverable content
Provide advisory services on best supply chain practices
Use analytic tools to simulate and support decision making processes
Ensure the quality of deliverables meets with PwC and client expectations.
Participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process
Contribute to proposal writing
Team with PwC colleagues in other lines of services in support of client needs.
Support the development of "thought leadership" and "point-of-view" documents.
Perform the role of coach and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.
What you'll bring to this role
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Integration and Collaboration in Wholesale, CPGs and Retail Industries, Manufacturing and Distribution sectors with skills in systems integration.
5 years+ in consulting and management position
Demonstrated working knowledge and experience with best supply chain practices.
Experience in software integration, implementation or configuration work experience
Bachelor degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering or Operational design.
Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environments
Excellent leadership, organizational and verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
Can do attitude, responsive and action oriented
Strong problem solving orientation and analytical skills
Commitment to excellence
Travel within Canada will be required and occasionally international travel, including the US.
