Position summary

We are currently seeking a Client Success Coordinator that will be responsible to support the client's lifecycle journey. Daily activities include communicating with customers and helping them overcome hurdles, liaising customer feedback to internal stakeholders, and compiling and analyzing customer data to improve client experience. To successfully accomplish the required tasks, the candidate will have excellent organizational skills, as well as strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
    •Daily client communication to address customer concerns as they arise •Build and deliver reporting of results, insight, analysis, and programs on a timely basis •Support in the creation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual client business reviews •Responsible to upsell new and existing products/services to current clients •Assist with any escalations from the care management teams, including investigations •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion client needs and requirements •Exercise good judgement and decision-making •Coordinate client deliverables with third party providers (ex, print jobs, mailing campaigns, etc.) •Webinars (for employee's client)


Qualifications:


Education & Skills
    •Bachelor's degree in administration or related field or 4-5 years professional experience •Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly comfortable with Excel, experience with CRM, and ability to quickly become familiar with company-specific software •Strong organizational, project/priority management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities •Exceptional interpersonal skills, service-first mindset •Friendly and professional demeanor •Ability to work independently or in a team and take initiative •Perfectly bilingual (French & English) •Strong written and communication skills •Experience in a similar role, and/or as an Administrative Assistant or Client service •Experience in medical and/or insurance industry is a strong asset
