Using the TELUS Health mobile app, members can connect directly to primary care providers to get and renew prescriptions, obtain specialist and lab referrals, and have their health questions answered - 24/7, across the country, in French and English. We are a passionate, smart, dedicated, and fun team.

We are currently looking for a Client Service Manager I to help us offer high-quality, friendly service to our members. You will need to be available by phone and email to answer our members' questions about the app or to help them troubleshoot app-related issues. We need you to be on the frontlines to give our members the best experience possible, so they are comfortable coming back to TELUS Health for their health concerns.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for:
    •Reviewing and responding to member inquiries in a timely manner, representing TELUS Health's brand by always being personable and professional •Documenting member issues and resolution information to identify trends and process improvement opportunities •Working with TELUS Health's clinical and technical team to help resolve member issues, using our internal escalation guidelines as necessary •Supporting the Sales team in explaining TELUS Health's services and technology to current and prospective members (individuals and plan sponsors) •Onsite employee engagement/training sessions




Qualifications:

You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •2-4 years of experience in a customer service role (on the phone or in person) •Fully bilingual (French and English, written and spoken) •An innate ability to put people at ease and to make them feel heard •A team player mindset, a readiness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in, and a desire to learn •Great communication skills, self-motivated, and detail oriented, with an ability to be efficient working remotely •High level of comfort using and explaining technology •High school diploma or equivalent; college or university degree preferred
