What will your typical day look like?

As an Office Clerk (Client Experience Professional), your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure the printing of various documents according to the specifications received.
- Process and dispatch mail as well as priority mailings.
- Make purchases using the Ariba system for office supplies, beverages, coffee, etc.
- Ensure the archiving of files and their destruction according to the guidelines.
- Performs various related tasks associated with administrative work.
- Coordinate equipment and/or furniture requests with the appropriate departments.
- Communicate with the client if additional information is required before sending the request to the different departments.
- Manage customer expectations and explain procedures.
- Compile invoices and code the corporate credit card.

Our Customer Experience Team is made up of Customer Experience Professionals (CEP) who provide high quality services in all of our offices. Customer Experience Professionals deliver an exceptional customer experience and exceptional service fueled by a positive attitude, excellent work and an innovative approach. Our mandate is to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure that our offices are always ready to welcome our staff and external clients.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone with:

- DEP or DEC in office administration or the equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a professional environment.
- Possess excellent spoken and written in both French and English.
- Provide outstanding customer service while respecting the confidentiality of the firm and its clients.
- Have a good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Have a professional attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
- Experience working with professionals in a fast-paced environment with often tight deadlines
- Availability - ocassional overtime required
