You are an awesome team player who will support our SAP HCM system and strategy - the foundational system for team member data management at TELUS. Your SAP systems knowledge, project management experience and exceptional collaboration abilities are strengths that will be critical in the delivery of our products and services. You'll team up with friendly, supportive internal partners, including HR leadership and business partner members, key business stakeholders and external stakeholders to shape the future of work.

Here's how
    •Be the prime for one or more modules of SAP HCM (including security and team member and leader self-serve portals), and/or other people systems in portfolio; includes production and test environments •Coordinate with askHR, TSBT and CGI vendor on tier 3 defect resolution and ad hoc system changes •Deliver solutions that support year-over-year programs, using project management skills •Have a deep understanding of P&C business processes and how SAP system supports other downstream systems and processes •Respond to and perform impact analysis on incoming enhancement / service / support requests, and is expected to assist with estimating Opportunity Evaluations (OE) and work requests •Guide/facilitate the business in the creation of quality business requirements and process design •Interface validations and audits •Be responsible for creating testing strategy, test plans and scripts and is responsible for execution and sign-off
      •Extensive UA and regression testing on a biweekly release basis; in addition to all adhoc releases •Can also be responsible for Flexit 360 SaaS quarterly regression testing
    •Be responsible for integrity of data including interface support and payroll and benefits true ups with up and downstream systems working with internal stakeholder and partners •Identify and create process improvement opportunities within the application modules •Work with other BAs to ensure end to end solutions are effective and workable across application modules •Work with contact centre (AskHR) and P&C Operations leadership team to ensure optimal user experience across application modules •Document change management and provide necessary training (including documentation) •Deliver solutions that support year-over-year program, using project management skills to enable tools •Work seamlessly with third party vendor to ensure requirements are met through all phases of implementation •Participate in SOW reviews that support the delivery of solutions



Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Valued for your 5 years of systems delivery experience •Expert with the different functions of Excel and SAP HR and Finance modules •Experience in a Human Resources environment supporting systems, policies and processes •Solid communicator and excellent collaborator who can influence and build strong business partner relationships •Talented at translating complicated and seemingly impossible asks into clear, easy to understand and doable actions for the team to deliver •Recognized for managing numerous competing priorities and commitments with extremely high attention to detail in an organized manner •A calm approach to issue resolution •Poised and confident in engaging with all levels of management, including clearly articulating TELUS' obligations and recommendations for delivery •With a university degree or college diploma, with a slant towards Human Resources or Systems; project management slant
