Your contribution
    •Respond to requests from potential leads from different sources (web, phone, chat) regarding TELUS business solutions, and confirm that they meet our criteria •Contact customers and prospects to generate leads for the sales team •Follow up with customers and prospects on certain marketing campaigns •Source new sales opportunities through insights, follow-up, transfer of specific information, and cold calls and emails •Make a great first impression on current and potential customers through your ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience •Create and monitor the progress of sales opportunities arising from marketing campaigns, using a variety of different techniques including cold calls, emails, social media, and more •Maintain active engagement with potential leads through creative follow-up communications designed to further increase customer interest in TELUS business solutions •Provide support to the sales team for social media sales strategies •Route qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate account manager's sales funnel for further development and closure •Manage presentations and demos of TELUS business solutions to customers •Research accounts and identify key players to increase the quality of potential leads in the CRM database and generate interest •Use a variety of internal and external resources (Hoover's, business journals, Gartner, LinkedIn, etc.) to compile useful information about potential leads •Achieve monthly quotas for potential leads, marketing campaign responses, SLAs and qualified opportunities •Take responsibility for developing your skills and maintaining collaborative strategies, initiatives and tactics between the various stakeholders (account managers, Marketing and Marketing Communications teams)


Qualifications:


Minimum requirements
    •1-2 years of corporate experience •Experience with B2B customers •Perfect bilingualism

Preferred requirements
    •Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with major in business administration, digital marketing, statistics, trend analysis, economics, or related field •Focus on sales of technology solutions •Ability to provide inside sales support; familiar with the SaaS industry •Strong experience in SMB market engagement, as there will be constant business interactions requiring the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience •Digital native, active on social media, solid business acumen •Experience being evaluated according to key performance indicators •Proven written and verbal communication skills (English and French mandatory) •Strong problem-solving skills •Self-starter, high energy and positive attitude •Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing conflicting priorities •Ability to manage ambiguity, pace yourself and deal with urgent situations

Other
    •Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel required •Minimum 1 year experience with Customer Relationship Management systems like salesforce.com •Experience with lead management solutions like Marketo and Pardot •Experience with social media marketing e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr, Hootsuite, Google, etc
