Join a cutting edge Supply Operations team responsible for managing the forecasting and stocking strategies for medical equipment and supplies needed for our national network of clinics.

The impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

Together we will meet and exceed industry supply chain standards by:
    •Achieving annual inventory turns of 12 months
    •Decreasing surplus and obsolete material to no more than 3 months of stock
    •Meet CAPEX budget expectation

Here's how:
    •Manage vendor profile and PO creation in SAP, SOW in FieldGlass, substitute invoice generation
    •Support the accounts payable team with vendor related updates and challenges
    •Support operation with any purchasing need including sourcing vendor and placing purchase order with the vendor and monitoring national delivery
    •Executing national purchasing strategy for strategic projects
    •Collaborate with internal partners in order to understand their short and long term business plans, and develop material forecasts
    •Establish forecasting and replenishment parameters that drive inventory excellence
    •Manage product life cycle from introduction to obsolescence
    •Authorize inventory replenishment based on business plans and inventory performance targets


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •1-2 years of relevant experience
    •Bachelor Degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline
    •Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and best practices
    •Intermediate to advanced Excel
    •Proven track record to meet deadlines while handling shifting priorities
    •Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
    •Be able to informally lead and manage teams built of cross-functional team members with conflicting priorities
    •Strong presentation skills with experience presenting at a Director level
    •Bilingual (English & French)

Great-to-haves
    •Experience with data analytics tools
    •Experience with SAP
