Specialist, Brand Management

About The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Rogers Brand, the Specialist, Brand Management will be responsible for ensuring the Rogers Brand shows up well in the Quebec market. This person will have a foundational understanding of the Quebec consumer and media landscape, as they will be expected to recommend appropriate adaptation strategies, addressing insights specific to the Quebec market.
They will manage the execution of all French creative production, working closely with agency and production partners to ensure that best-in-class creative practices are enforced and deadlines are met. As the key regional lead, this role will lead the relationship with the French Creative Agency and ensure top collaboration between all Rogers Creative agencies & internal Linguistics teams.

What You Will Be Doing
French Agency Liaison
  • Lead the relationship with the Montreal creative agency and ensure a top collaboration between TO agencies and internal linguistic team
  • Brand lead for any conversion or preference campaigns specific to QC market
French Adaption and Production Lead
  • Manage the execution of French production pieces - working closely with internal, agency & production partners to ensure that best creative practices and deadlines are met.
  • Work with internal and external creative and media partners to develop and execute wireless campaigns, along with a range of ongoing communication activities including CRM, Retail, website, etc.
  • Communicate project status & timeline updates to internal stakeholders
Campaign Reporting
  • For Quebec specific campaigns, publish project post-analysis reports with recommendations
Monitoring Competitive Activity
  • Monitor & evaluate regional wireless competitive activities and share points of view on opportunities for Rogers

What You Bring
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of brand management or marketing communications experience; agency or client side
  • Proven experience in an adaptation role, supporting complex organizational structures and relationships
  • Experience working with a remote team an asset
  • Outstanding project management skills; organization and attention to detail.
  • Team player attitude, with an ability to collaborate with multiple teams simultaneously
  • Proactive self-starter who will comfortably move forward in the face of ambiguity
  • Solution and results oriented
  • Understanding of all facets of marketing communications, including traditional and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical skillset, and a high comfort-level with many different types of data
  • Bilingual
