Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

Reporting to the Principal of Cybersecurity National Delivery & Sustainment, you will lead the evolution of our security service offering. This means you are responsible for ensuring that new services are best of breed and that end to end processes are established as new services are developed. Furthermore, you will re-evaluate current processes and provide recommendations that will streamline, add value & meet targeted outcomes. You will accomplish this by having a strong background in technology and proficiency in business process and analysis. Finally, you will lead discussions for continued collaboration amongst stakeholder teams. This will ensure alignment across this complex environment.

Here's how
    •In-depth understanding of end to end business processes (Ordering/Billing, Development, Delivery, and Day 2 Support/Sustainment) •Analyze and extract outcomes •Analyzing business requirements, understanding system/process lifecycle, and documenting business requirements, methods and processes •Collaboration with architecture, design, delivery, presales, sales and our customer's teams to understand the business outcomes of new features / services and impacts to the overall end to end solution •Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions are well understood and accepted •Use a collaborative leadership approach to manage various stakeholder relationships and improvement programs •Work with cross functional teams (Product Management, Network, Security, SOC, Day 2 Support) in development of product and services from concept to launch including the development of RACI


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Valued for your solid IT and Information Security background (governance, risk, compliance, technical, operations, deployment) •Skilled in security methodologies, standards, and best practices (i.e: ITIL, ISO, NIST99, and other security-related practices are an asset) •Commended for your in-depth knowledge on how to tackle complex business problems •Respected for your strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail •Ability to lead transformative a multi-year program following various project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum •Regarded for your visionary approach •Recognized as a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to influence all levels of leadership including strong presentation skills •With 5-7 years of relevant technology and business analysis experience •With a University degree in a relevant discipline •Fluency in French & English (Bilingualism) •Canadian Government Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain
