•Engage your customers by being empathetic, caring and by utilizing active listening skills
•Ensure full resolution for the customer
•Recognize the importance of proactively adapting to meet the changing needs of our customers
•As an Advisor, you will:
•Resolve employee inquiries in a timely and accurate manner; this includes problem identification, communication and/or resolution
•Verify, process, and deal with confidential employee information; assist the customer displaying effective interpersonal skills to gather information, actively probe, summarize the inquiry and resolve the inquiry
•As a Researcher, you will:
•Research client concerns across the national customer base and determine best solution or resource to solve the issue and ensure customer satisfaction
•As an Analyst, you will:
•Escalate concerns when appropriate; confirm data accuracy and maintain appropriate controls for audit verification
•2-3 years' experience in customer service environment
•Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality, and anticipate needs, thinking logically and creatively, exercising good judgement and acting independently
•Strong ability to prioritize, adjust to changing priorities and successfully complete numerous short and long term tasks simultaneously
•Demonstrated superior customer service orientation, with outstanding verbal and written communication
•Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Office, Word, Outlook & Excel
•Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to diffuse conflict and emotional situations Great-to-have
•Bilingualism in English & French is an asset
