The Appliance Customer Service Specialist is responsible for organizing the programs and policies that create best-in-class experience for our appliances customers. This includes monitoring and tracking deliveries and confirming post-delivery processes. The role supports store operations as well as service and customer retention goals, through tools like the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

As an Appliance Customer Service Specialist you will...
    • Manage with Track and Trace to monitor current and pending customer delivery schedules • Perform customer callbacks, post delivery • Follow up on postdated deliveries to confirm pending delivery dates - contacting clients 5 days prior to scheduled delivery • Print/audit planograms on a regular basis • Perform audits of store warehouse to ensure major appliance stock is in order based on the appropriate inventory area
