Department Overview The Commercial National Accounts (CNA) provides dedicated relationship coverage to the larger commercial clients across all industry sectors. This client base is primarily designated by size of credit facilities being larger than 25 million and/or annual sales being greater than 150 million. It also encompasses all commercial clients with syndicated credit facilities.
The group consists of senior commercial banking professionals who combine specific industry knowledge and extensive deal structuring experience to offer a full suite of customized credit and cash management solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients.
Job Description •The Analyst provides dedicated credit management support to a Director in the CNA segment. The Analyst reports to an AVP Credit / Manager Commercial Credit (MCC) in the CNA Credit Management group. (The Director reports to the VP of a specific CNA group.)
•Provide credit underwriting for portfolio of designated Director.
•Contribute to growth of portfolio by structuring competitive packages while maintaining credit quality.
•Recommend credits to an AVP Credit / MCC.
•Actively involved in monitoring and control processes for the portfolio to ensure the necessary processes are completed in a timely manner. Monitor portfolio ongoing and ensure it is managed against overall target.
•Develop industry policies with Director and provide syndication expertise.
•Education/Accreditations:
•An undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance or other quantitative discipline.

•Previous experience in Commercial Banking as an Analyst
•Experience with large accounts will definitely be advantageous.
•Very solid credit, analytical and problem solving skills.
•Financial modeling experience would be an asset.
•Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•Strong team player, with an ability to work independently.
•The ability to engage in active dialogue with internal and external stakeholders (CCRM, Unit VP, clients, legal counsel etc.).
•Ability to travel as required.)
